about Sql error message

Dear all
I got a error message from my sql
/error:17883/
It shows"The Scheduler %1!ld! appears to be hung. SPID %2!
ld!, ECID %3!ld!, UMS Context 0x%4!p!"
1.What does it mean?
2.Where can I find all sql server's error message list,I
search books on line already but I don't find out any
information about error:17883.
